In this circumstance please contact us and we will do our utmost to locate your missing order / resolve the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

However, Gift It 2 cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us.  Any items returned on this basis will be held by Gift It 2 until such time as a) the cost of re-delivery has been settled by the customer, or b) the order has been refunded minus the delivery cost.  We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected from your local sorting office or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you.

If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 10 working days before we re-dispatch the goods.
