Next Day Delivery is an additional £5.00 per order, regardless of total value of order.

N.B. Orders must be placed and paid for by 2.00pm, in order to qualify for next day delivery.

What is the cut off time for Next Day Delivery2017-05-09T13:40:16+00:00

All orders must be completed and paid for by 2.30pm in order to qualify for Next Day Delivery.

N.B. Please note there is an additional charge of £2.50 added to the total cost of the order.

We are open from 9.00am and close at 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Products ordered on a weekend will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

Gift It 2 is a secure shopping site and accepts all major credit cards through our secure payment processing partners Paypal and World Pay. Please note we are unable to dispatch an order until payment has been received and has cleared.

We always double check all products, where possible, prior to their dispatch from our warehouse.  However, in the event that you receive a damaged / faulty item, please contact us either by phone – 07887 576361 – or by email: giftittwo@gmail.com – at your earliest convenience, and we shall endeavour to resolve the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

Here at Gift It 2 we are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return any item bought from us, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund excluding any postage, providing they are returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition in their original packaging.  Notice must be given in writing, your reason for the return, order number and description, prior to sending back the item.

Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred for the return of the item, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty.

Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest you return your item using a trackable method such as Royal Mail recorded delivery.

We are must be notified of any returns prior to returning any products.  Returned orders should be sent to this address:

In this circumstance please contact us and we will do our utmost to locate your missing order / resolve the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

However, Gift It 2 cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us.  Any items returned on this basis will be held by Gift It 2 until such time as a) the cost of re-delivery has been settled by the customer, or b) the order has been refunded minus the delivery cost.  We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected from your local sorting office or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from our courier.

If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 10 working days before we re-dispatch the goods.

Please note that you are responsible for any Custom charges or Import Duties which are payable when the parcel reaches its destination. It is advisable to contact your local Customs Office for current charges, as these costs will vary from country to country.

We welcome our International Customers. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the UK, please contact us using the Contact Us form with details and we will get back to you with a shipping cost.

Yes, we stock all our products on site, which means that the majority of orders are sent out the same working day from order placement.
