UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery £2.99 (less than 2kg)
  • Courier Delivery £4.50 (up to 2kg)
  • Courier Delivery £5.99 (2kg and above)

All orders are dispatched same or next working day, either by Royal Mail 1st class post or Courier

Europe Delivery

  • We are delighted to post/courier orders to customers outside the UK, but as a result of Brexit changes please email info@giftit2.co.uk for a shipping quote based on actual weight of your order.

 

What is the cut off time for Next Day Delivery2020-02-14T10:59:06+00:00

All orders must be completed and paid for by 2.30pm in order to qualify for dispatch the same day (where possible). If this is not possible, then your order will be dispatched the following order, within 24 hours of the order being completed and payment settle.

We are open from 9.00am and close at 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

Gift It 2 is a secure shopping site and accepts all major credit cards through our secure payment processing partners Paypal and Stripe. Please note we are unable to dispatch an order until payment has been received and processed.

We always double check all products, where possible, prior to their dispatch from our premises.

At your earliest convenience, and we shall endeavour to resolve the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

Here at Gift It 2 we are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return any item bought from us, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund excluding any postage, providing they are returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition in their original packaging.  Notice must be given in writing, your reason for the return, order number and description, prior to sending back the item.

Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred for the return of the item, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty.

Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest you return your item using a trackable method such as Royal Mail recorded delivery.

In this circumstance please contact us and we will do our utmost to locate your missing order / resolve the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

However, Gift It 2 cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us.  Any items returned on this basis will be held by Gift It 2 until such time as a) the cost of re-delivery has been settled by the customer, or b) the order has been refunded minus the delivery cost.  We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected from your local sorting office or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you.

If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 10 working days before we re-dispatch the goods.

Please note that you are responsible for any Custom charges or Import Duties which are payable when the parcel reaches its destination. It is advisable to contact your local Customs Office for current charges, as these costs will vary from country to country.

Yes, we stock all our products on site, which means that the majority of orders are sent out the same working day from order placement.
