PAYMENT

Gift It 2 is a secure shopping site and accepts all major credit cards through our secure payment processing partners Paypal & WorldPay.  Please note we are unable to dispatch an order until payment has been received and has cleared.

DELIVERY

FREE delivery on orders £20 & over

£2.99 delivery on orders £19.99 & less

£5.00 additional charge for GUARANTEED NEXT DAY delivery

(NB. Orders placed by 2.00pm may qualify for NEXT DAY delivery)

At Gift It 2 we wish to deliver your purchases in the quickest and safest possible way.  Products will normally be dispatched within 12 hours from order unless specified.

Products ordered on a weekend will not be dispatched until the Monday.

Most orders will be sent out by Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Larger items may be sent out by courier. All items should be with you within 1 – 2 working days unless specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays with the Royal Mail or Courier service.

Please note overseas delivery can take apprx. 7 working days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We welcome our International Customers. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the UK, please contact us using the Contact Us form with details and we will get back to you with a shipping cost.

CUSTOM CHARGES AND IMPORT DUTIES

Please note that Gift It 2 are NOT responsible for any Custom charges or Import Duties which are payable when the parcel reaches its destination. It is advisable to contact your local Customs Office for current charges, as these costs will vary from country to country.

NON DELIVERED GOODS

We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.

Any items returned to us due to an incorrect address from the customer and requires the item to be posted again, will be charged postage at the buyer’s expense or refunded minus the postage cost.

If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 10 working days before we re-dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from our courier.

RETURNS POLICY

Here at Gift It 2 we are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return any item bought from us, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund excluding any postage, providing they are returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition in their original packaging.  Notice must be given in writing, your reason for the return, order number and description, prior to sending back the item.

Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred for the return of the item, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty.

Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest you return your item using a trackable method such as Royal Mail recorded delivery.
